Giorgio's Ristorante & Bar - Merrimack

Absolutely loved our visit to Georgia’s Restaurant – Merrimack, NH! I’m a big Italian food fan and everything we tried was delicious. The Valentine’s Day drink menu was creative and really fun. We ordered the Greek fries, Chicken Marsala, and Ratatouille — all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Portions were huge… we couldn’t even finish and happily took leftovers home! Great service, cozy atmosphere, and amazing food.

Wife and I, Stopped here for lunch after family cemetery business and checked it out for future get together with our family... wonderful stop. Great dining area, bar , good reception at front counter . Best of all we had great seating and Dallas was our wait staff. Very nice guy and took care of us with xcelant service. Ordered drinks and did not feel rushed to order on any menu item. Took our time and Dallas checked on us frequently.. had great menu ... ordered our lunch and it arrived steaming hot for me and great salad special for my wife.. another round of drinks and we were comfy/ cozy enjoying a great lunch. Next a few recommendation from Dallas for dessert and it was great... coffee hot, and enjoyed every bit of it. Dallas made our day! Decided then and there to make reserva

I had a good time and enjoyed my meal, the price was just right, and despite being busy the service was still great. I arrived for dinner and the place was relatively busy. It took maybe 5 minutes to get seated at a high table in the bar area. I was served by Michael, the bartender, who was simultaneously taking care of the bar and this entire side of the restaurant. He was very courteous and managed to timely ask if I needed things and serve me drinks and my food despite all the people. I ordered their handmade campanelle pasta with vodka sauce and shrimp, along with a few drinks from their seasonal menu. They were all great!

Veal Marsala was so salty it was essentially inedible. The “freshly made spaghetti” was mushy as if it were sitting in a pot of water all day. Meatballs were mushy, overly handled meat that were equally oversalted. Pizza was decent but nothing special, same with lasagna (decent but nothing special). Bread before the meal wasn’t even very good (super dense, seemed like couple day old bread microwaved to make it seem warm and fresh). Love the oil with the bread though. Server wasn’t great. We waited about 30 minutes after we were done eating and drinking before we saw our server again, and drinks kept going empty before she’d return. She was pleasant when she was there but we didn’t see her often. Went here 15 years ago and was very unimpressed, so decided to try it again since it’

My husband and I went on a date night to Giorgio’s Restaurant and had such a wonderful experience. Even without a reservation, we only waited about 10 minutes before being seated, which was more than reasonable and well worth it. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared — and the service was amazing. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made our night feel special without ever feeling rushed. It was the perfect date night, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
