Glass Woods Tavern

It seemed like the restaurant was closed but my friends and I was able to order some drinks at the bar, then we moved to a table for dinner. Our server Dominic was very attentive and helpful. Chicken tasted a little too dry, but all the other food we ordered was amazing; especially brisket! It was so tender and tasty. Two of the desserts we ordered with a cup of cappuccino were phenomenal. We were so full after finishing the bbq combo plate, but sure did finish both of the desserts 😋 I'm glad this place is open for the public. Will definitely comeback 🙋🏻‍♀️

March 2023 5* The restaurant is located within Hyatt Regency and you can try out for Breakfast. There is buffet available for heavy eaters or you can pick items from menu. I tried Avocado Toast without egg. They offered fruits cup in place of egg. Enjoy the food with cup of coffee. Staff is amazing and helpful. They will be cheerful and offer you great service.

The Glass Woods Tavern is an attached restaurant to the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick, I was offered complimentary breakfast as a result of my Globalist status at the Hyatt.  Being a restaurant attached to a hotel, I would normally not expect much but Hyatt Regency's have been known to deliver high quality food from their attached restaurants.  So I approached with an open mind and an empty stomach.  The result was pleasantly appetizing.  The breakfast menu is limited but in a good way, the food delivered is high quality and flavorful.  Their breakfast chef, Rawa, really knows how to deliver a tasty breakfast.  They have a spectacular Short Rib Eggs Benedict, juicy shredded short rib meat and peppers sits on a moist corn muffin slice covered with a soft poached egg, topped with a rich hollan

Exploitative and scammy behavior from bar staff. Friends had a wedding after party here, and this place completely scammed them, claiming that they didn’t meet the minimum of $2500 and requiring them to pay the deposit. Drinks and food were insanely expensive and most of us had $200+ bills, there was no possible way the minimum was not met in a group of 50+ people. When our group tried to get receipts together to ask them to check the record, the place refused and said what was done was done.

always nice atmosphere and nice people are there. they are very thoughtful and kind. the food taste amazing.
