Glen Dale Municipal Pool

The water and pool area was spotless. The handicap parking was far from the entrance. Restrooms were not clean. Changing areas have only a bench in the main part, but not in stalls. Made it a little difficult to change as we are older people. The staff was very nice and did their best to help. I was not sure while there was one guard on the stand, but several staff members in the office.

Nice little community pool, staff very young and place needs cleaned up and updated... the baby pool seemed dirty. We enjoyed the big pool with our grandson, despite the extremely loud teen music played over the speakers.

Today was fun on the opening and there is Big diving board in a small one and there’s a kitty pool it shallow one side gets deeper on the other side on the other side deeper and it’s about 11 feet deep where the diving boards are. It’s a fun place there they got music chairs and food.

Had our son’s birthday party there this evening. Sarah had great communication while booking the event. Everyone was very helpful, personable and super friendly! The lifeguards were polite and great with the kids. The facility was clean and the pool was perfect! We all had a blast and we strongly recommend Glen Dale Pool. Thank you again!!

Even though Glendale City Pool is a smaller public pool it is one of my favorites. It is well maintained and always clean. The water is not only nice & clear, but heated to a comfortable temperature. One of the few pools in the Ohio Valley to offer a high and low diving board. For those family members that might not like to swim can enjoy the updated playground area adjacent to the pool, that is complete with swings and a full size basketball court. Ideal choice place for a family outing.
