Met Ahmad and his mum today and they were incredibly welcoming. They helped me find all my Persian staples and made the experience feel very personal. I ordered a shawarma meal that was had a lot of flavor, and I absolutely love the pickles they use. Will be back again, for sure!

Amazing food! I just picked up an order from Too Good To Go to try, and when I tell you I wasnt ready for the amount of FLAVOR in this bowl! Run, dont walk to this place IMMEDIATELY! And pick up a piece of baklava on the way out. You'll be glad you did!

I’ve visited this place a couple of times for groceries and halal meat, but today was the first time trying their food. Everything is flavorful, fresh and amazing. We enjoyed the chicken over rice, chicken shawarma bowl and their homemade Dubai chocolate! Will be coming back for more!

I ordered on the Too Good To Go app for take away cold Shwarma for later. Very quick pickup, food looks amazing. Also grabbed a couple bars of Dubai Chocolate including a homeade bar. Prices were good. Cashier was great.

We just had the chicken shawarma bowls and chicken shawarma wraps and are so happy with our find. The rice is flavorful, chicken is juicy and seasoned perfectly and the herbs and pickle addition are just the chef’s kiss. I found Global Suq on too good to go and we ventured to this corner grocer on Cornwallis. It is a family run business and everyone is so hospitable and friendly. I checked in at the front with my order and got a ticket. The meals were them freshly prepared in the back kitchen. The bag was warm and when we got home, the flavors just melted in your mouth. The store also offers spices, pita, Dubai chocolate, Turkish teas, vegetables and all kinds of international foods. Thank you for this find and we will be back!
