Gloria's Grill

A nice clean restaurant that has the home cooked atmosphere and the food was delicious I loved the fresh vegetables. I also got to meet Gloria and she was wonderful and takes pride in her restaurant!!

Very clean restaurant. The people were super nice and friendly. I had the hamburger combo and the food was hot and fresh. My friend had the Patty melt combo. The hamburger was huge and I loved the crinkle cut French fries. It was well worth the price. I will return the next time I am in Abilene.

Went back to Abilene to visit family ... asked where's a good place to get a burger!! I was expecting Whataburger / Dairy Queen ...Nope!! They brought me to Gloria's...(I know, start singing Laurie Branigan or Van Morrison) We got there right around 11:30, and it's a good thing we did...ALL the locals know about it..."Let the Lunch Rush Begin!!" You walk in and walk to the back where you place your order at the counter. There are booths on each side of the walls. Tables in the center. You get your beverage cup there and fill up while you stand there ... I gotta tell you their sweet tea is brewed and sweeten just right. I think I had 4 glasses before I left. Fantastic classic burgers. Real small town feel and truly family owned and operated. Definitely add Glorias to your list if you haven't tried it yet.

Got a cheeseburger and fries for my son who was tired of the hospital food. Got it to go. LOL! So delicious! Big patty of meat! Nicely grilled Bun! Yum! And oh so friendly!!!
