Totally awesome food and service. I had the country omelet with biscuit and grits. My husband had the Greek spinach omelet. Both were excellent!!! The biscuit melts in your mouth. Going back for the catfish before we leave town.

Great place for breakfast. I had the country fried steak, eggs, and grits with rye toast. It was great. Their sweet tea is perfect too.

Every small town should have a place like this, and most usually do. The classic diner with no frills or gimmicks. Just good home style cooking with excellent service and prices. We did a nice walk through some of the trails at nearby Payne's Creek State Park and worked up a nice hunger for lunch. Old school diners always cry out for us as they bring back such great memories of years gone by. We are so glad we made the choice to stop in. She had the fried chicken sandwich with onion rings. Them are some seriously good, thin style, hand battered onion rings. Light and crispy. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly too. I opted for the Meatlovers Skillet (all your typical breakfast meats atop fried potatoes, covered with sausage gravy and melted cheese along with 2 eggs thunde

We stopped in for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised by how good Gloria's was. I had the fried chicken, with a double-side order of fried okra. Oh my goodness, that okra is something to crave and dream about! My wife had a huge Greek salad, which she said was great. Service was terrific, and the prices were very good. The place was packed and the parking lot was nearly full. I was so impressed by the wireless credit card reader, and the POS system, as well as the brisk curbside pick-up business (for to-go orders!) I was also pleasantly surprised by being awarded Hilton Honors Dining points for stopping in. WOW! This place has "got it going on!"

We stopped in while visiting the area. They closed at 2:30 & we got there at 2. I say this because even though they were "closing up," they offered excellent service! We were not rushed, and they were very attentive to us. We enjoyed our food and service. We would come back if i the area.
