Phone support is exceptional at failing to update the local delivery team. Spent hours on phone and every promise they made never occurred. They promised deliveries on days they were closed. The local team attempted deliveries on days I was not home in spute of multiple calls to schedule on other days. When I was home the package was left at the warehouse. I finally drove to the local site and picked up my package.

Terrible service, they don’t communicate well. Their customer service asked what hours worked best for deliver then the Boise branch never showed up during those times. I had a driver look at me answer the door and get in his vehicle and leave. Another time I was getting dressed to answer the door as I work nights once and the driver had already left before I could get the door. I had to drive into Boise to pick up my package because they had attempted three times but didn’t follow the instructions I had passed about when I am available. I am generally a very positive person, due to repeated failures from GLS I am leaving a review, not shocking it’s at 1.5 stars.

What a mess my package hasn’t been updated in five days. Customer service is worthless. They can’t find my package and nobody cares. Can’t get an answer where it’s at and their customer service sucks think twice before you decide to go with this company for anything, especially if you’re a seller people aren’t gonna get their stuff!

Just look at all the past reviews and you'll understand. Nothing has changed here. Failure to deliver packages, non responsive customer service. It's an absolute joke. Use at your own risk.

Terrible local company. The driver showed up at my house, didn't ring either of my doorbells or knock on my door. Just slapped a delivery failure notice on the door and left. 10 seconds in and out - and I have it on video. Can hear the driver on the phone talking about his weekend, but obviously doesn't care about the package I paid a ton of money to get here on a Friday.
