I would give them no stars the lie about th time packages are delivered or lack the of delivery! I took a screenshot to catch them doing this because not only is this wrong but also be fraudulent too. The package wasn’t delivered at 3:26 like it now states, it wasn’t delivered at all 😡 even the customer service representative I talked to at 6:39 told me the package was Still en route to be delivered and then it would be delivered by 8 PM tonight and dispatch would call me so I could meet the driver

Shipper claimed package was going to be shipped FedEx but was shipped GLS. I had not received any notices from GLS that it was being delivered or they even had a package for me. By the time I was able to contact the shipper, I learned that GLS claimed it had been delivered two days prior and had been signed for. I found the tracking site and saw the tracking info which showed a signature that was not mine and wasn't even the right name. The signature was a scribble but showed the first name and only the last name initial, and they had been reversed. Needless to say, after 10 minutes of waiting for CHAT to work (which it never did, it closed out twice after 10 minutes each attempt) I never was able to get any answers. This company makes fedex look professional. Didn’t deliver my package and claimed the road was closed. Oddly enough I was driving on my road all day with no closures. Told me to come to the yard and pick it up. Drove 45 minutes to the yard and nobody is here. The package is perishable foods and the customer service said if they don’t deliver they will just sent it back.

Packages are not delivered for the sixth time in a row and then someone forged my signature since I have to pay to have it signed for when delivered. So it shows delivered even though it isn't and this is like the fifth or sixth time this has happened to me and it's the same driver every time and then my signature is forged and I have cameras everywhere and they never deliver it and this continues to happen so I'm going to talk to a lawyer because I still don't have my package and it's the next day and if it's not here in the next 3 hours I'm calling a lawyer and I'm starting a class action lawsuit cuz there are plenty of people on here just like me complaining about the same thing.

This is absolutely the worst delivery / shipping company ever. I wish I could stop all other companies from using them, but they’re probably super cheap because they can’t follow directions and their service is terrible. They also have zero customer service so don’t bother complaining about anything or even providing constructive criticism, they are not listening.
