GM BANH MI

The crispy pork belly bahn mi was really good. Bread perfectly crunchy, pork belly was crunchy on the outside tender inside, the veggies were refreshing and sauce had good flavor. 10/10

Service was good but the food was not great. I tried the crispy pork bahn mi. The sandwich was too much bread and not enough ingredients. There were simply not enough vegetables or meat. I felt like every other bite was just bread.

I really enjoyed my GM milk coffee, it was just perfect! The crispy pork belly banh mi was my favorite. The bread was wonderfully crispy, and the pork was so flavorful. This is definitely going to be one of my favorite spots!

I think this is my newly favorite Bahn Mi in Madison. I will for sure be back soon and often!

This is a pho and bahn mi restaurant in a town full of pho nam restaurants. The style I think is pho bac, more of the northern style, so milder broth and with different sides (pickled onions and pickled garlic). It was a refreshing change from pho nam and exciting to try. The pork belly bahn mi was delicious! Crispy and rich and light and fresh at the same time. Bread was top notch. The staff said it tasted so much like home 💛
