Friendly staff. Was in and out within 30min. Kimberly was AMAZING! Best nurse ever! She was FANTASTIC with distracting my child for shots and her technique worked well. My daughter didnt even cry, she smiled actually. Thanks Kimberly!

They don’t care about families. I thought they would help me out with milk that had spoiled for the month due to a bad situation with my refrigerator going out but they said it’s nothing they can do. So my 2 little ones have no milk for this month we have to wait until our wic renews for next month, that’s crazy.

I visited this place on 19th august 2020 for my immunization for college admissions. I did not wait that long as I went after 4pm. I was greeted by the nurse, she asked questions about me having any symptoms of covid and took my temperature using the IR thermometer.She directed me to Zoe who was ever so helpful. She helped me get my immunization updated and advised me to get the vaccine required for my admission. Ms.Jackie and Ms. Lori were the best, I did not even know when I was given the vaccination be.All in all it was a 10/10 experience at a public department, they were all courteous , polite, helpful and smiling.

I called this morning and I couldn’t hear a greeting and she completely hung up on me! I called back and told her I needed to make an appointment for shots and she paused so long and said umm you just walk in for shots! I had no idea I just moved here and I’ve always made appointments before. Some times you should just be nice it’s 9:00am you can’t be over your day already! I’ll go back to where I’ve been going even though this one is 5 minutes away! If the entire establishment has this attitude you won’t be sticking my daughter with anything!
