I'd definitely come back here. Very quick and efficient by the time I grabbed my coffee and sat down my begal was already done. They are also friendly in here and food is good.

This place was barely mediocre my 3rd try here. There was not one pot of regular coffee, although they have three urns. Not one pot of coffee made at 9:30 in the morning ... There was no milk in the cooler for the no coffee either. so after I asked for these things, she still didn't make any coffee. So I just drank decaf which was I guess the bottom of the urn because it tasted god-awful. My egg sandwich had a hair in it so I just didn't even bother. I just threw it in the garbage what a waste of 18 .00 I don't have time to call there. Go all the way back from my job and quite frankly I don't trust it. I've worked ina bagel store quite sometime. This is barely like mediocre. They do have a good french toast. Bagel but other than that I don't see the hype vs price as well . I guess because

Customer service can be a little better. Today I felt like I was rushed no receipt put in my bag. And the man didn't even tell me the amount my order was. I literally gave him my debit card with no knowledge of what my order was. Also improve your dining area no place to sit comfortably. Other than that it's a good breakfast place. Needs work in certain areas. 🥯 🧃 🥤.

I’m so disappointed, so place an order for BEC on a toasted sesame bagel, when I get to work it wasn’t what I asked for so I called to let them know what happened, I was asked to come in and they will make the correction I didn’t even get an apology. When I get here the guy asked the lady where was the bagel I brought back he took it out the garbage to make sure it was done incorrectly and he literally open the bagel and said “ oh it had salt pepper and ketchup “ which still missing the bacon. Never again would I order from this place

These bagels are the best I have had. They are extremely tasty and the portions are very generous. The prices are comparable to other bagel shops and well worth the money.
