Goldberg's Famous Bagels

To be honest, I love Goldbergs but I just ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a hobo and the forgot the eggs. I mean, I understand forgetting but like when someone is completely hungry it’s very annoying.

My experience? Amazing. I am specific when I order caloric treats. It has GOT to match up to my dream treat vision salivating as I even write these words. I wanted an everything flagel toasted butter side to side. OMG, my knees were shaking now I as write the words. Imagine the look on my face when I got EXACTLY what I envisioned and then some..... It was the perfect crisp to the flagel, the right amount of butter the flagel was swimming in.... perfect beyond perfection. Now, I have ordered the same order at different Goldberg's Bagels in the Hamptons but this Goldbergs on the way in to town I made sure was my last stop in the Hamptons on my way back to N-Y-C. Perfect!!!!! Even better yet was that nine days later, the Goldberg's employee, serving me again, in and out of town, remembered

Very good bagels and a nice variety of schmears/sandwich options. Got a BEC on everything & an everything w scallion cream cheese. Both were delicious - nice chewy bagels, fluffy and fresh. The menu of deli sandwiches looked good too, would come back to try if I’m ever in the area again. They definitely don’t have a very efficient system - you order, then wait for your food to get handed to you before you pay, which caused some confusion and clustering near the register. The line moved super slow and was pretty long both times I went. Bring cash if you can - there’s an upcharge for using credit cards.

CENTER MORICHES LOCATION. After a year of not going I tried to give them another chance. I call in my order which was so simple, sausage egg cheddar on a plain wrap.... I recieve it with no sausage. I get home and am so disappointed and call and they told me they that it's what I ordered reading back to me what they wrote and it's not what I said. They didn't offer to fix or solve the problem. Just oh well. Meanwhile I paid over $10 for this. Crazy. Customer service is just absolutely terrible.

Photos for reference. 20 minute wait, the customer service was poor and they are obviously understaffed. Wrap was very overpriced, extremely small and almost exclusively wrap on the inside. I would have been better off ordering a wrap with another wrap inside because at least that might have been cheaper. Extremely disappointed and would definitely never go back.
