I’ve been a frequent customer at this location, and usually the service is great. However, during my recent visit, I experienced very poor service from one employee. We ordered a 6-piece chicken tender meal with spicy chicken, but the employee gave us 2 chicken legs instead and insisted that spicy chicken wasn’t available, even though it clearly is. Additionally, he forgot to include gravy and was very rude when we asked for spicy packets. He rolled his eyes multiple times and treated us disrespectfully at the counter. I hope management addresses this issue, as it was disappointing compared to the excellent service we usually receive.

Me & my family absolutely love Golden Chick I had to do a double take on prices and I didn’t know what to order for my family because the prices have gone up drastically where I could be paying to go out with a date with my wife and spend $50 when it’s the same price eating for my family at golden chick. I will be eating by myself from now on at Golden chick but I will not be taking my family there anymore. All of the fast food restaurants that we grew up loving are now been slowly taken away from us normal folk because of inflation that has gotten absolutely ridiculous. A lot of us normal people are trying to make a living and it’s already hard enough that prices are going up at these restaurants I’m sorry, but you lost my business. Solid place ro get some chicken. It is my 10yr old son's favorite chicken place. Very clean, fast service and the employees always seem.glad to help.

Tucked off to the side on Conway near Main in Alton is a little eatery one should frequent. They have some of the best and tastiest chicken tenders you should try. It seems to be very popular with the Winter Texans, and their prices are very reasonable. It is clean and a good place to gather with friends for a nice meal.
