The evening staff is always customer friendly. My food is always hot and fresh. The fries could be better but I never eat them anyways. Sandra (Manager) stays on top of everyone to make sure things are getting done properly!
Went to Golden chick on old Jacksboro Hwy and I usually go the to buy chicken for my two small dogs cause they are spoiled! Today I ordered for me,thank God it wasn't for my dog because this 3 piece tender combo would not have knocked a dent in their belly!!! YOU GUY NEED TO DO BETTER ON CHICKEN SIZES!!!
I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 7:30 PM. I arrived at 7:29 PM, with only one car ahead of me, yet I wasn’t able to speak to anyone about my pickup until 8:00 PM. The long wait and lack of urgency from the staff were very disappointing. If a pickup time is provided, customers should be able to expect timely service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during my visit. I hope the store addresses this issue so future customers don’t experience the same delay.
This is where my kids always want to eat: the chicken tenders. 🐔 They think they're better than most places. 🥇 The employees at this location were very professional and respectful. 🤝 10 out of 10, we'll be back. 💯
Waited 45 minutes for an order that I PREPLACED online.. food was still cold. HOWWW the girl was unapologetic. Didn’t offer to make it fresh.
