Golden City Chinese Restaurant

I ordered two fried wing meals with shrimp fried rice. It took over 20 minutes for the food to be prepared, which I didn’t mind at first. However, when I got home, I noticed that the shrimp in both orders were undercooked and did not look properly prepared. This was very disappointing and concerning. Please be cautious when ordering from this location.

Gotta get the wings. These were so, so delicious. They're juicy, crunchy, and sauced up. I got chicken wings with garlic sauce (just the wings) and a small veggie chow mein (comes with small white rice and crunchy noodles). This was my perfect order. Has the protein, veggies, and carb. And the prices are SO GOOD. We also ordered general tso's and krab rangoons. Tell me how the general tso's was still crispy having been in a sealed to-go container for over 15mins...so impressive honestly. We've tried two other Chinese spots in the Altamonte area and Golden City Chinese is by far superior. Was easy to order and ready for pick-up 15mins later. - parents used to own a Chinese takeout restaurant, I worked there for 10+ years. Golden City is legit as far as Chinese American takeout places go. C

I’ve been coming to Golden City since 2021. The customer service has improved so much, the food is delicious & very consistent. Before my aunt passed away, it became a tradition for us to get Golden City every time she came to visit. Now it holds a special place for me.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years literally since moving from New York. I will not eat Chinese food anywhere else. These people are my people best food for Chinese in Central Florida hands-down

Had orange chicken lunch special and general tso lunch special 2 different days in same week and food was great both times
