Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

I really enjoyed our waiter her name is Gina she’s amazing she’s sweet and loving and caring we was here in Jonesboro are 2:12 for lunch she made it very pleasant

We visited on 1/12/26. The area where they put the "clean" plates was nasty and the plates themselves did not appear to actually be clean. Most had some orange colored remnant of food on the plate surface. Over where the main buffet starts there was a white plastic tub in a metal sink behind the buffet that had raw meat inside. I saw this when the lid to the tub came off and fell into the floor. The lady who retrieved the lid when it fell just propped it up in the floor against that sink and some other metal object. The food was extremely low quality and all of the available booth's seats had crumbs and other food particles all over them. I don't see how this kind of nastiness has gone unnoticed. We will not ever go back, yuck!

Decided to give this place a try for the breakfast buffet and was left disappointed. The setup was nice but they failed to keep any food out for patrons. I saw multiple staff members working with food without using gloves, especially the person making omelettes. I ordered an omelette with no cheese and the gentleman had no gloves on adding items to the dish, he accidentally added cheese to the omelette and went in the pan bare handed to try to scrape it out. I'm all about second chances though but would honestly only visit if somebody else wanted to but me, I'll skip if it is my decision.

Betty Jo was a great server! Very friendly and kept our table clean and our drinks filled. Pot Roast was delicious! 10/10 experience

We visit the Jonesboro Golden Corral from time to time and sometimes it’s hot and fresh, sometimes not. This visit was decent. Our waitress was amazing! Busy when we got there so the messy floor was kind of understandable. One of our chairs was broken, back falling off. When we first came in and went to the register to pay, the person that rang us up was very preoccupied. I then noticed she was playing games on her phone, which would explain why she couldn’t be bothered to make any eye contact or engage whatsoever. Since she was wearing a mask, I couldn’t say if she even smiled.
