My family & I always have a wonderful experience at Golden Corral in Spokane! From the moment we walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and well-managed. You can truly tell the management team takes pride in running a smooth, organized restaurant. The staff is friendly, attentive, and constantly making sure everything stayed clean & stocked. Every employee we interact with has a positive attitude and makes us feel appreciated as guests. We love that the restaurant is so family oriented, kids love going there. The food is fresh, hot, and consistently replenished. There is always a great variety to choose from, and everything we have is flavorful and well-prepared. An excellent buffet! We go for the senior special late lunch and get full of salad, pulled pork, grilled pork steak and beef top sirloin. Of course there are many options for those that want different things. Kids love the dessert bar. Grandpa's do too! As with any buffet, the best time to go is when they're busy. Fresh hot food coming out constantly. Employees are always friendly and helpful. And the place is kept amazingly clean, bathrooms too!

I come here often. I just go for the dinner buffet with no special drinks, so the service isn't the biggest deal to me, although the servers are friendly. I will rate some foods, because that's the most important part of a buffet. Mainly proteins and desserts, because I generally avoid the carb heavy options since they're not particularly tasty here and also the cheapest things to buy and make at home anyway: Turkey and ham: 9/10. Holiday items. Both are very good, not too dry or overcooked. A grill worker slices them for you, so you can't just take however much you want at once, although you can come back for more however many times you like. Wish they served these year round. I have not stepped foot in a Golden Corral in many years- 10? To get an invite to join a couple friends last night to indulge I was all in! First of all the establishment looks nothing like I remembered it, 10 years ago! It was amazingly clean open and comfortable. All of the staff was welcoming. Charlotte was our waitress, and she was absolutely amazing. As I could tell, her shift was nearing it's end but is she displayed in attitude of I just got here and I'm ready to work! Thanks, Charlotte! She allowed us to sit near the window and watch the snowfall though that section was most likely closws down. My fiancé and I tried golden corral for the first time tonight, thinking it might be great. Absolutely not! the plates they have “clean” for people to use for their food were dirty had crusty food on half of them. we lost our appetite from the start. everything was very bland and mushy, the mac and cheese was so overdone, we asked for medium rare are got very overcooked steak. everything looked very unappealing. the ice cream was literally liquid. we should have got our money back but hey we tried it and didn’t like it. now we know! the only good thing was the clam chowder and the water lol. $43 for very nasty food.
