Golden Fish & Chicken

I walked in and there was a man ordering. It literally took 10 minutes for one order. Then the guy taking said order commences to start making the order. I waited and then after several minutes asked if he was the only one there. He acted as if he was deaf, absolutely no acknowledgement. I said excuse me. Nothing. I left.

Stood in the location looked at the lunch menu. Once ready to order I move closer to window. The person inside handed a man their food saying excuse me (because I was at the window) NEVER TOOK MY ORDER when by fryer and stayed on phone. Can’t tell anything about it besides CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. JUST MAKE IT “BY ORDER ONLY”

My go to for chicken wings. Best with lemon pepper. Take out only.

My go-to spot for crispy whole wings. Hot and fresh every time. Each wing is a drum AND flat, so 25 wings here is 50 elsewhere. Family, not chain. Can’t beat the deal. Even my wife likes them. Keep your money in the neighborhood. ❤️

I had to wait 45 minutes for my walk-in order. I asked them specifically to make sure they seasoned my food properly because they didn’t do it correctly the last time I ate there, and when I finally got my food they barely put any seasoning at all and my fries were lukewarm. There were multiple customers upset because they had called their orders in over the phone at least an hour in advance just to come in and have to wait 15-20 more minutes. I asked for two hot sauce cups which they gave to me but each cup combined wasn’t even one full cup of hot sauce. Never eating at that location again.
