I like the fact that they take card over the phone for delivery, hated that they made a tip mandatory. I'm all for giving a tip but don't like that they felt entitled to one before even receiving the service. The food was mediocre, nothing great but not terrible. I'd order again if nothing else was available, but I have to disagree with the "best Chinese food" comments. On a plus side, they're fairly affordable.

Best Chinese food in Great Neck. They are very nice and helpful. Food is not full of oil and msg. Fast delivery too.

Ordered for the first and last time. The food was bland and oily with the boneless spare ribs dry and burnt. Terrible quality, I'll be looking for a different place to go.

He answered my question with a question by asking why are you asking me. Answering a question with a question isn't what one does. Told him I want to find out whether the produce isn't from China. Told him I have a right to ask being that if I'm going to eat at your place I have a right to know where the produce is coming from.
