I mean it's an outpost that offers small portion food. We had Tiana's Famous Beignets, but they're $8. Plenty of powdered sugar and honey and they tasted fine. If you're at the Magic Kingdom this is where you get the beignets. Service was good and there are tables just outside of the serving area. Plenty of menus already posted for you to view.

A very nice place for a snack in the Magic Kingdom. There are lots of places to eat in the Magic Kingdom, in general, and in Adventureland and Frontierland, specifically. We were hungry for a snack and decided to try this place as it advertised Beignets. It is located in a small building across from Pecos Bill and between the Pirates of the Caribbean and Tianna’s Bayou Adventure. It offers Hot Honey Chicken, Sweet Potato Fries, Tiana’s Famous Beignets along with various drinks. We tried the beignets. They were pretty good with lots of powdered sugar and honey. My favorite dish in Magic Kingdom right now. You can always get innovative options in here. I got the Hot Honey Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries. The sweet potato was the main thing, it was Cajun-spiced and served with a New Orleans Olive Relish (muffuletta sandwich style). What a perfect combination! The chicken nuggets were great as well. They were the breasts byte type, moist and crispy. The hot honey is more on the sweet side, than the spicy, but that paired perfectly with the saltiness of the olives on the Relish. It’s perfect to share as a snack or even as a single meal. For $9,99 it’s also a great deal.

I recently visited Golden Oak Outpost and had a mixed experience. I ordered the beignets, and they were disappointing—hollow on the inside and not as flavorful as I expected. On the positive side, the Hot Honey Chicken was quite good, with a nice balance of cool and sweet flavors. The sweet potato fries were also crispy and tasty. I enjoyed the Lavender Lemonade as well; it was refreshing and had a pleasant hint of floral flavor. Overall, while the beignets fell short, the other items were decent. I hope they can improve the beignets in the future.
