Golden Thai Restaurant

Tucked away and a Longwood shopping plaza, you’ll find one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. The restaurant was small, but had a great crowd for a Friday night. The service was great, friendly staff and they moved quick. We enjoyed several items from their menu, and might have had the best Pad Krapow outside of Thailand itself. Will definitely be back.

Went to Golden Thai Saturday night on a recommendation from a friend. Small and quaint restaurant. Acknowledged immediately when we walked in. Service was great. Waiter explained everything is made from scratch. I ordered the Combo plate, shrimp and chicken with sweet and sour sauce, with a side of noodles. Got 3 meals total out of that. Taste was fantastic! Wife and mom were extremely happy with their meals! This is going to become a regular dinner stop for us.

This restaurant is small but the menu has lot of vegetarian options. The taste of the main course dishes that we ordered was more than we expected. And food is not expensive. The service was fast and the portion size is also good. We will definitely will coming again very soon. We enjoyed the Red Curry that we ordered.

My first time coming to this quaint Thai spot. Ordered from their lunch menu which consisted of one page of options that were reasonably priced, for the quantity of food you are served. Tried their plain rice with onions and “hot” chix .. (8.95$) It was fresh and steamy.. but a bit bland on flavor.. the chicken was not spicy as the gentleman stated it would be and the rice could’ve been seasoned with a heavier hand but overall tasty. The crab rangoon though deserves a trophy 🏆 - one of the best I have ever had- 8 pieces came with, for just $6.95.. creamy and perfectly crisp. Highly recommend. Ambiance was you know.. Thai themed, a bit dark, but it was a little restaurant with about eight tables. Young server was very nice and had great customer service and immediately gave you a cold bot

A very tiny restaurant, but big flavor, huge taste and stellar service. I met a group of friends for lunch, I had penang curry (sorry if I am misspelling) which was very smooth. I tend to like spicy food, next time I visit I will be adventurous and have my dish "Thai hot" (the highest spicy rating they offer).
