Good Company Doughnuts & Cafe - Ballston

I went in the morning for breakfast lines were short so it didn’t take long for me to order. I ordered a turkey sausage without bell peppers. It was a good sandwich! I also got a filled powder doughnut. Lively atmosphere good music! Good customer service. Good food! I definitely recommend for any meal of the day!

We love this bakery as they always have a vegan donut option for our kiddo with allergies. Also really like their bacon breakfast sandwich, very satisfying and tasty. The turkey breakfast sausage is too salty and would not recommend.

You lost long time customers today. I will NEVER order from this place again. I placed an order online through Uber Eats for the only cinnamon roll (with the cream cheese icing) that they advertise on Uber Eats. I noticed that the last two times I’ve ordered from them, they sent me a glazed Cinnabon Roll instead of a cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing. Nowhere on Uber Eats do they advertise a glazed cinnamon roll. I called the store to see what happened, and the man I spoke to was extremely rude. He told me that I did not specify which one I wanted, kept calling me “man”, and when I informed him that they do not list both cinnamon roll options on their menu in Uber Eats he said, “What do you want me to do man? I can’t control technology man”. Good Company has lost my business going

Friendly service. Delicious coffee. Have the mini donuts. They allow you to try the specialty ones before fully committing. The elderberry lemon one was amazing, but the mocha chocolate was so sweet that I couldn't finish it.

I’ve always enjoyed your food and appreciated the good service from your company. My favorite item has been the steak and cheese, and I usually look forward to ordering it. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I ordered my usual steak and cheese last Sunday, but this time it was not up to your usual standards. As you can see from the attached photo, there was barely any meat in the sandwich, and the taste was off as well. It felt like a waste of money, which was surprising given how much I normally enjoy your food. I’m not sure what happened this time, but I hope it was just an isolated incident. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this. Thank you for your time.
