This food is really good. The candied yams are 🔥 🔥 🔥 and I’m a yam snob! Cornbread is homemade, chicken is definitely on point and the Mac n cheese definitely has soul! I’ve tried the other soul food places around town and I grew up in the south. This little store is giving them some serious competition!
The sweet potato casserole was good but the macaroni needed to be cooked just a little bit longer The flounder with bland didn't have any seasoning on it and I also had the two piece chicken a breast and a wing. The breast was undercooked in the middle.
I love them! I’m new to the area and my food was hot and fresh and very tasty!
Food is delicious 😋 and the people are nice and the Mac and cheese is baked
Got a new job in the area and I've been coming here every week for lunch. The food is great! Do yourself a favor and stop by. Great customer service and affordable prices.
