Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

I have gone to this good times my entire life and have NEVER received the amount of disrespectful service that I did today in the drive thru. We ordered one sandwich combo and for my drink I usually get a strawberry lemonade Arnold palmer. That has never been an issue to order before, and the guy at the drive thru said “no can do boss, there’s no button for that” we told him that we have ordered it before and he got snappy and said “it’s bad for inventory boss can’t do it.” First of all calling someone boss is unprofessional and repeating it over and over again sounds like someone severely incompetent and rude. Lastly he asked if we wanted any sauce with our food and we said yes the berry sauce for the jalapeño poppers and he again said “yupp that comes standard boss.” Snarky, rude, and un

The Oregon Blackberry Shake and the Strawberry Cheesecake Spoonbender always hit the spot! The breakfast burritos and wild spuds are incredible! Burgers and wild fries are the freshest food around! We love this location and the kids ask for Good Times regularly! Everything on the menu is delicious!

Again , cold chili cheese fries. My kid will only eat very few things. It should not be so hard !! The GM said ask for fresh.....now the cook employee is mugging us!! The texture was really nice though

This will be by far the most petty review I ever write, but it needs to be said. When the hell did you guys start charging for sauce with a chicken tender combo? I didn’t even ask for sauce, the employee asked me and then charged me $.25 for a second one..? I’ve eaten here many times without issue, but between this and getting fries that tasted hours old, it literally left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
