Horrible service everytime I go but especially tonight… as my Sandwhich was being made I watched the women that was making my Sandwhich drop a whole ball of turkey on the ground I watched her pick it up and place it right back where she got it from meaning she was still going to serve it to who ever came in next.. I then went to ask if they would throw the meat away which they stood there and acted like they didn’t understand me. they are violating so many sanction rules it’s not even funny. The owner really needs to get some new employees because this is not the first time i will be calling corporate this place is in horrible need of new staff. The manager too! Very rude, never friendly,

2.28.24 Still not friendly. Sandwich is ok. ........................................................ They aren't friendly here. They refuse to give extra pickles. AND the old man stares at me while I'm trying to eat. Creepy. Goodcents is good but this one is ummm not my favorite. My husband and I had our first meal together here though so I guess we go back for nostalgia. 🤷‍♀️ also it's the closest one to where we live.

I placed an order for delivery through Door Dash. My sandwich was not made how I ordered it. I called the store and the lady that answered the phone told me that she made the sandwich and the items were on the sandwich. But they were not! She told me to contact Door Dash about my problem. But Door Dash did not MAKE the sandwich. While trying to discuss the problem, she hung up on me!

This place has gone downhill over the years. My husband and I visited and observed several sanitary issues. The gentleman that was making our sandwiches was coughing (with a congested cough) without making any attempts to cover his mouth. The counters were also filthy. Both employees were going back and forth from the back with the same gloves on retrieving more supplies or refills of sauces and condiments and opening and closing the fridges. Not to mention we were in there for 20 minutes just for 2 sandwiches. We ended up paying but by the time we got to our car we were so grossed out we ended up tossing out everything and going elsewhere. I don’t recommend if you care about how your food is prepared 🤮

The absolute worst Goodcents in the Midwest! Store smells absolutely terrible, the toppings are not fresh and bread dry and old. Only thing worse is the employees. Employees are also family of owners and penny pinch every down to cleaning. I even tried to use my free sandwich from my goodcents app and was denied service here. Spend the extra 5 mins and drive to another location!!! Lee Summit location is my new home.
