Not a person to write bad reviews, especially for one of my favorite sandwich shops, but it looks like I’m not the only customer who has dealt with an attitude problem here. My partner tried to call and said if he could place an order for pickup. He didn’t hear what the guy on the phone said since he was mumbling and had just repeated himself and the guy on the phone gave him an attitude and said that he “didn’t ask him that bro” and asked what his order was. I understand people can have bad days but customer service shouldn’t ever be that disrespectful. I came in there myself and asked him if he was the one who took our order and asked him what the attitude was about. He did end up apologizing but it’s really disappointing. The last thing anyone wants is an attitude from someone handling

Really weird interactions 1st time they struggled to take a simple lunch order because they didnt know the menue. 2nd time I order a chicken cheesestake and refused to toast thr role and gave me an attitude for this simple request that is common at any cheesestake place. Decided I dont ever have to go back im from Philly and there cheesetake are really thin and not good enough to care just suppsed to be a simple lunch. Your money will spend anywhere else.

Stop no 4 and the final cheese steak I tried during my 9 days in the DE/PA area. I stumbled upon this joint w/a random maps search. It was close and I'm super glad I did because I think it was the best cheese steak I ate while up here. I ordered a whole (I was feeling brave) w/American and nothing more. The beef was chopped, not sliced, and super moist. The ratio of cheese/meat was perfect for me all three days this thing lasted me. Yes, it reheated well so long as you do it properly. The bread had give and plenty of crunch for texture. This was a solid cheese steak.

Take out only sandwich shop. Been there several times and always happy. Tonight I changed it up and got a deli turkey club (no tomato) and onion rings. Both were really good. The toast on the bread was perfect. Toasted enough to keep the sandwich together but not so toasted it tears up the roof of your mouth when you take a bite. Also recommend the pastrami and the old fashioned Italian.

First time coming here, I'm so glad that they had a mini special that I could try. Actually this was fulfilling and very tasty all around enough meat and on point with following orders. I have to bring my hubby back to this spot . That being said it's à small spot with a lot of character..❤️🙏
