I visited for the first time and it was also my first time having pizza in New York — and it did not disappoint. The cook was super patient and took the time to explain what each slice was, which I really appreciated. I chose the daily special (chicken, bacon, and mozzarella) and he also recommended the Thai chicken pizza. The special was packed with chicken, and the Thai chili sauce was SO good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and honestly looked too good — I started eating before I even remembered to take a picture 😅 Definitely can’t wait to come back and try more slices. PS the slices were big, but he heard my boyfriend and I talking about taking bites from each others to try and he asked if we wanted them cut in half.
These guys are the best!! I couldn’t order on slice or door dash. They took my order & delivered it. I called back to complain my order was wrong & they literally sent someone the refund me in cash because it wasn’t a”app”. These guys are not only helpful & honest, their food is delicious! Sauce to die for. Good guys good values & honest! 10 stars!!!
Regular pizza looked amazing and those that ate it loved it. The gluten free pizza was absolutely awful. Threw in trash. Broke into pieces, dry and inedible.
Ordered delivery and it took an hour and a half to get to our place that's 15 minutes away. They either didn't include sauce with their amazing garlic knots or didn't include sauce with their calamari. The pizza looks like they just rushed it because it's not evenly made and the crust is 4 inches wide in some spots. The knots were great 9.5/10, the pizza was 5/10, the chicken Parm was 3/10, and the calamari 6/10.
I live right up the road from these guys, and have ordered food many times, but lately have been ordering there much less. The reason being no consistency in their cooking. I've had burned sausage parm heroes, bland tasting chicken parm heroes (I used to order them many times a week), but not anymore. The first time I ordered a Sicilian pizza from them it was cooked well and tasted great. The next 2 times I ordered it I basically got a pizza's with raw unrisen pizza dough. Now this is happening to my regular pizza orders... I just got home with a regular pizza which is also undercooked. You can see the layer of uncooked dough under the cheese.. It's like holding a floppy piece of fabric instead of a slice of pizza. I don't complain about bad food from places I eat, unless I am ready to
