Gordon Pizza and Fried Chicken

I tried Gordon's Pizza and Fried Chicken for the first time today, even though they've been a long-standing spot in our area. They're under new management now, and I was genuinely impressed. I ordered two large pepperoni pizzas at lunchtime for takeout. The crust was fresh, soft, and had a great texture. The sauce had a sweet, homemade flavor that really stood out, and the amount of toppings was just right for the size of the pizza. The staff was very polite and attentive—several staff members assisted me while I waited. They offered to add garlic sauce to the crust (which was a nice touch!) and even asked if I wanted my pizza well done since I arrived a bit early and my order was still in the oven. I drive by Gordon's nearly every day. I decided to stop in 3 days ago. I got two slices of chicken pizza and a brisk tea. It was incredibly good. So, I stopped the next day for some more. Excellent again. This time, one of the guys let me try a chicken tender. Man it was so good. I'm here for the 3rd day for my slice of chicken pizza and the 3 piece tender combo. They are very friendly here as well as great food. I will keep coming !!

The wings and fries were great! The wings were good and were bigger than their competitors down the street and they're cheaper. I think I found my new wing place when I'm at work!
