Gordos Tacos

I devoured my tacos lol the barbacoa was so juicy and delicious. Started eating before the picture, sorry

Tacos were good, but we almost didn’t even get our order. We showed the cashiers our online order confirmation email/our payment and they tried to refuse to give us our food because they did not see the receipt ticket print out and refused to help us with the situation… Luckily one of the cooks came to help us and made our order. Food is good, the cashiers’ customer service and attitudes were terrible.

I wish I had taken a photo. I used to order food from here during Covid and it was amazing. So today I get off work and order ahead. Nachos w/ beef ($1) extra. So in total 14.99. Told me 20 minute wait. I sat outside for $10 minutes and went in the bag that they were in was steamy which meant it had been sitting there awhile. I get outside open it up. There were about 15 chips, everything that was touching was soggy, about 2 tablespoons of semi melted semi clumpy nacho cheese smack dab in the middle of a pile of beans and meat. Then sour cream on one underside of chips and pico and lettuce on the other side of a pile of chips. In a white carry out plate lined with “Gordos” packing type paper. It was a disaster and I paid $15 for that. Next time I will spend the 7 bucks and take my lazy but

Absolutely disappointing! Ordered 12 street tacos, beans and rice. This order was put together like they were feeding the dogs out back. Three of the street tacos were supposed to come with charro beans instead of meat. On those tacos there were no beans but for some odd reason they added lettuce, tomato, avocado and sliced cheese. Yes, sliced sandwich cheese! I could go on but I'm honestly too irritated !!!! All I can do to keep from canceling the charge on my card.

My first time going in person and we ordered 3 big breakfast burritos to-go... so I thought. When I got back to the car, I look in the bag and see 3 regular tacos. After talking to the guy at the register, we got it all cleared up. I was in and out again in less than 3 minutes (with my free coffee that comes with the purchase of 2 breakfast burritos). Great food, excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick and affordable breakfast.
