Gourmet Latte #16

Great Coffee! The white chicolate mocha was perfect! When we asked for it to be not too sweet, the barista listened. The cranberry bliss espresso drink is so unique and yummy too!

Love going to Gourmet Latte. The Kingsgate location is excellent and the people that work there are so kind. They never get my drink wrong and it always tastes delicious. Very easy to enter and exit the drive thru coffee shop. If your ever in the area get a dark chocolate blended Mocha....so delecious!

It's a little disappointing. I've been to this location a couple of times and I just avoid it now. One time, they didn't add Rev to my drink and I had paid extra for it but whatever. I went a couple other times but I wasn't happy with their customer service, I would order my drink but if a regular was there there then I would basically be ignored until they were taken care of. I went to another gourmet to order and found out that I had 4 free drinks on my card that I was not made aware of at this location. I handed my card as usual to get swiped but they would just charge me. A couple days ago, I ordered a drink and asked to use one of my free ones and one of the usual blondes that's there in the morning gave me a disgusted annoyed look, rolled her eyes at me and walked back to her window.

Not the highest quality coffee around, and generally quite expensive, but the baristas are pleasant and the trivia questions are always fun. Access to and from this stand is notably easy.

Our favorite place to go and we love everyone there. Excellent and consistent coffee.
