Grand Canyon Bistro is a gem. The food is fresh, the service is on point, and the vibe is relaxed with soft background music that makes you want to stay awhile. The bar is stocked and lit beautifully, giving the place a warm, inviting feel. Parking can be a little tight, but valet and a paid lot make it easy. It’s kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has good vegetarian options. Whether you’re staying at the Holiday Inn next door or just passing through, this spot is worth it.
Grand Canyon Bistro’s cozy and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you love a refreshing mid-week cocktail, Rigoberto is the best bartender in the area. This place is definitely worthy of 5 stars.
Very disappointing experience. A waiter left the dining area and went into the kitchen without a hair net or cap, which is a serious food safety and hygiene issue. This completely ruined my appetite and confidence in the restaurant. Basic hygiene standards should be strictly followed. I would not return and do not recommend this place.
My friend craved yummy diner food (pancakes) and we went here. Her pancakes seemed fine, nothing special, and my grilled cheese and tomato sandwich tasted of some random unpleasant oil. Maybe an omelette would have been a better choice. The coffee was diner level adequate. The service was good at least. Do Better Grand Canyon!!
This is a great local diner. We live in the neighborhood and we like coming here for a chill dinner or brunch. It is not fancy but in a good way. Expect good service and solid diner food/drinks. The menu is large and the staff is friendly. I like the Seeley croissant at breakfast. The mozzarella sticks and the quesadillas are great for dinner. The portions are large and the food comes out quickly after you order. They get somewhat of a transient crowd from the hotel which seems to be where some of the more negative reviews come from.
