Grandy's

Bought 12 cinnamon rolls from this Grandys in Moore yesterday and they were dry and hard as a rock. Way WAY over cooked and burnt!! Could not believe they let something as bad as these cinnamon rolls looked and tasted be sold to customers!! You trust you are getting what you paid for and extremely disappointed when you open the box and see food so very poorly cooked!! See attached pics. First picture is the cinnamon rolls DOZEN we paid for and THEY ALL were burnt and stale. See my pic of our cinnamon rolls compared to a pic of Grandys advertising their cinnamon rolls. Completely two different cinnamon rolls! I feel scammed AGAIN!’ It is like this generation has no idea on how to cook food or they just don’t care! Won’t be coming back to this Grandys ever again!!

Prices go up, Portions go down. Paid for an upgrade to get a premium side of cheddar jalapeños, and I got like, two and a half. There was barely any fries. Good thing they gave me an extra piece of chicken nugget guess. Staff is very nice, and service was fast. Food was hot. But I paid 16 dollars for a drink and a meal with barely any sides.

While the staff were rather nice and pleasant the “food” is abysmal at best anymore. Ordered double chicken fried chicken dinners luckily just got charged singles and received singles. Found a long hair intertwined in the chicken fried chicken patty on one meal. So glad it wasn’t a double and found more hairs. Chicken seemed undercooked and tough. And then brings is to the “premium sides” I paid $3.94 for a side of mac and cheese that was laughable at best. Do not get the premium sides as rays bbq has a qt of way better Mac and cheese for almost the same price. Insane they charge $3.94+ tax on this.

The workers were so sweet and kind!!! The cinnamon rolls we had to wait for but they were warm and delicious. I got the chicken strips and my grandma got the chicken fried steak. The chicken and the ocra were a little under flavored but still tasted good. My grandma has no complaints and we will definitely come back!!

Where do I begin. Ok good part.. the customer service lady was nice. The coca cola was great!! Building stinks like old mop water. The floor is very sticky. The food was not good at all. So not sure what food the people eat that say it's good are getting that from. I ordered the chicken fried steak. Not sure i can describe the terrible taste. The okra was not good but the mashed potatoes and gravy were great. Never again in life will I eat here again. 29.00 in the trash. Should've known when there were no cars in the parking lot. 😌
