Grannys Soul Food

2nd time going. The first time the food did not look appetizing and the vibe was off, so I walked out. I decided to try again months later, the same. The food presentation looks as if it's sitting water, not Granny's cooking and staff look overly aggressive for a sale. I decided just to get a couple slices of cake. The cake look good, but was dry, the kids would not eat it. It didn't taste homemade either more like box cake. Such a disappointment.

Just a few critiques change the cheese that you guys use with the macaroni and cheese and the broccoli salad, and it was too much salt.On the catfish and on the oxtail gravy The oxtails were awesome. The beef was good. And the ribs were good. The service was outstanding.Jasmine was very nice, and her dad was very nice too

10-17-25 Generous portion size and pretty decent prize but the taste from the food satisfied my taste buds today. Two thumbs up thanks for greeting me and thanks for the delicious food. Happy customer 😋😋🙂!!!

I came here today to eat for the first time. I looked over the offered items first before ordering. Randall gave me some of the rib tips as a sample and I was sold! He told me about any up charges before purchasing, which was good. The service was really good and I was in and out in no time. The rib tips were delicious and so is the rice I added with it. I love the sweet potatoes, too. The bread was on point. The greens were a bit bland but they have pepper sauce and salt so that you can add more taste to them to your taste level. They offer a variety of flavored cakes, which all look delicious. The desserts are $4.95, which is typical for restaurant cakes. Some of the slices weren't as big, so I opted not to buy any.

This is our 2nd time in 1 week, omg so good, my husband got oxtails twice, Lord have mercy, my pork chops yummy and yams like my granny cooks them, slow down so I have some later🥰🥰
