Grassfields

We enjoyed a great dinner here. We started with the seafood stuffed mushrooms, I ordered the broiled seafood combo with baked stuffed shrimp and scrod. My wife ordered the baked stuffed scrod. Both dinners were excellent choices, very flavorful and satisfying. We visited while on vacation, if I could frequent Grassfields, it would be to work my way through the menu! Our service was also excellent.

I originally went in to get a gift card and spotted a seat open next to the bar area so decided to have lunch, which was a great spur of the moment decision! Tina who i believe was the bartender took my order: the mini crabmeat pie, and petite sirloin. The food was delivered very quickly but by someone else who I think was a waitress in the dining room. Next thing I noticed was the gift card person was bussing tables! It got very busy in the restaurant and I noticed a really heart-warming display of teamwork! Everyone was pitching in to help where needed! The food was amazing and you can't beat the prices! I will definitely be back!

Grassfields is such a great spot for a meal :) The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, and the service is always friendly & attentive. The food is consistently delicious, especially the seafood, burgers & steaks, which are always cooked just right. The portions are generous without being over the top, and everything feels fresh and well made. It has that classic, comfortable New England restaurant vibe where you can go for a casual night out or bring family for something a little special. The prices are fair for the quality, & I always leave feeling happy!!

Tim was the best server we met in the U.S. We were so grateful, but since we weren’t used to tipping in the U.S., we left without leaving one. I’m so sorry. Thank you so much for your perfect service.

We love Grassfields. Nothing fancy, just good food with wonderful servers and bartenders. Although they clearly love their regulars, and there are many, you never feel out of place if you aren't one. They are kind and friendly to all. The steaks and seafood are delicious, the sides are flavorful and abundant, and the service is top notch.
