Great American Cookies

Even though I still purchased the cake because I didn’t want it to go to waste and wouldn’t have time to get another cake from somewhere else. This cake was not worth 48 dollars at all definitely had 24 hour notice it looks rushed and a 5year old wrote on it. A refund would be great on top of me telling them how to spell sissy Pooh

We stopped in around 8 at night, the girl working was training another girl and taking orders, she did great and was knowledgeable. The service was awesome and the deserts we got were very tasty. Thank you for having us.

I visited today and waited 3 mins to place an order. No one was in line but me and my family. No one greeted us. There was an employee decorating, two employees came from the back, didn’t acknowledge us, and went back to the back. We just decided to walk off because it was so rude.

I know that it opens up at 11 but this lady was oh so rude to me and another customer because we asked if they are open. It was only 2 minutes. She had a nasty attitude. If she didn’t want to be at work you should have called.

The customer service here is just outstanding. I planned very poorly for my wife’s birthday and walked in needing a cookie cake on the spot. The lady and gentleman working there dropped what they were doing and had a beautifully customized cookie cake ready for me in 15 minutes. Both were smiling and friendly despite the last minute imposition on their day. These are the kind of folks you want to do business with.
