Great Steak

I rarely write reviews, but I do when I’m genuinely outraged. What I was served at this place was absolutely inedible. This is not food — it’s something that should never be cooked, let alone sold for money. No flavor, no quality, no care whatsoever. If you know you cook like this, at least have the decency not to charge people for it. The experience was disgusting from start to finish. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. Even if you’re extremely hungry, you’re better off staying hungry than wasting your money here.

I have been to this location many times. I am usually here after shopping for a quick bite. Most of the times that I been here the food was great and fulfilling. My most recent visit was a mediocre one, the service was still great, but the food was off like there was no effort in it and not consistent like before. I’m not sure what happen if it’s new management or just some new cooks. I probably would only choose this place next time if it’s the last resort.

Just saw your money and time and skip this place. Just horrible meat (most probably not even steak), and the quality overall is below average. Will definitely stay away

I'm giving this place 5 🌟, only because ever since I was little, the food was always fresh and consistent. Service, on the other hand sucks. We went here to get dinner, and the dude who was helping us was more worried about his phone and texting. He had no shame leaving his phone out so he could read text messages. He acted like I was bothering him by placing an order. There were people behind me who worked there ordering coffee, and he did the same thing. You can never go wrong with the original heart steak, and I do love the tater tots they have now. So crunchy. I don't care for the philly cheese steak or loaded anything. I feel they just put so much cheese that it over powers everything else.

Fast friendly service, decent food. I like their great steak best. Was a bit disappointed w the Bacon Cheesesteak, I think its hard to top the "Great Steak."
