Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

I tried this restaurant for the first time. I ordered Beef with Garlic Sauce a dinner for takeout. Great Wall Chinese is about one mile from my house and I hadn't tried Chinese in the area since I moved here 4 months ago. When I arrived to pick up my order I noticed that they had an all you can eat buffet. It wasn't on the scale as other all you can eat buffets that I've been to in regards to varieties of food or seating size but for $14.99 a person I will try it out soon and review it. The Beef with Garlic Sauce was excellent. The portion size was good. White rice came with it. The price was $14.99 which was reasonable. I will return here for more takeout as the proximity to my house and the quality of the food is very good. I will send a review of the buffet as soon as I try it.

It was the best Chinese Takeout Restaurant that we’ve had in Florida & we’ve been here for over 30 yrs. We ordered Wonton Soup, Egg Drop Soup, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Beef with Mushrooms, Egg foo young with pork. They gave us 3 egg rolls. We were so happy after all these years to finally find this delicious Chinese Take Out. They are across the street from Publix in Cocoa in the CVS Parking Lot & by the McDonald’s. Don’t miss it.

The food had potential. It was tasty and seasoned well. Unfortunately everything was overcooked. The dumplings were fried so hard I could only eat one or two by ripping off the shell and eating the inside. The chicken on a stick was burnt to a crisp. And the shrimp egg roll disintegrated when I bit into it because it was fried too long. I won't return. I also ordered online on doordash so it would be ready when I arrived. And I noticed the price online versus the price on the menu was significantly higher. So if you're going to eat here go in or call to order

The place is a little confusing to get to, but gps, Google, got me here with no problem. Plenty of parking, as there is not many businesses here. I ordered carry-out; no a/c in the restaurant so plan on take-out. I picked up my food piping hot! Everything was in order; smelled wonderful. I would order from here again.

Fried rice was texturally perfect but lacking flavor - rangoons are this triangle shape that make them unpleasant and extremely crunchy around the edges
