Greek's Pizzeria

Ordered a medium cheese pizza and breadsticks. When we arrived they told us it would be 10 more minutes which is no issue! We decided to go down the street grab a drink and come back. When we came back and received our food we noticed that the breadsticks were very cold. It seems like they were sitting out for at least an hour. On top of that they forgot our cheese. We did go back inside and they did replace the breadsticks. I do feel like over time their breadsticks have gotten very skinny. It also seems that their pizza has just gone downhill in quality. As much as I love greeks this was the 4th strike from this place and I think it’s time to go find another pizza place.

I came for lunch and was the only one in the restaurant. Service was prompt as the food was tasty and hot. Lunch special was medium 1 topping with breadsticks.

Alex was our server + general manager for this location, and he was very kind and provided prompt service. It was a nice, lowkey dinner for us and the food was fresh. We will be back!

The staff was absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in, I could tell it was a busy night and they were running with a very small crew — just three people, a young woman and two men. Even so, they were all working together seamlessly to get every order out. We often underestimate the people who serve us, but we need a wake-up call. These are the people who feed us every day, and they absolutely deserve our respect and appreciation as consumers.

This is the worst location in the Greeks franchise. Now we just don't answer the phone? Strike 12. I'll drive to Fishers. Update: the owner followed through and remade my order this week. It was excellent. I hope this continues going forward without the staff knowing they are fixing a bad previous order. Greeks is a fantastic place and Carmel deserves the same consistency the Fishers location brings. High hopes for all of us pizza snobs!
