Green Acres

We loved staying in this charming and comfortable house. So spacious, clean and newly remodeled! Everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves was provided. Its location is incredibly convenient to downtown Cottonwood and the trail system. Last night we walk to drinks and dinner at Colt Grill and this morning we checked out the trails. What a relaxing and fun time we had staying here.

This rental is so nice! Very quiet and comfortable. Great to walk around the large open property and down to the Verde River. Just a quick walk to Old Town Cottonwood with lots of wine tasting and great restaurants. We flew in privately to the cottonwood airport (P52) and it was so easy! It’s a great place to come and relax for a weekend or a week!

This property earns a 5 star rating! Beautiful decor throughout the home to enjoy. It’s surrounded by mature cottonwood trees. We had a wonderful walk this morning through the trails by the river. The walk took us by a disc golf which was a surprise to see. Last night we dinned at Adriana’s, a local family owned restaurant. It took only 5 min to walk to town.

It’s beautiful trailhead access for both hiking and biking directly on the property was splendid. It’s also a brief walk from downtown, that has amazing restaurants and wine tasting.
