Green Basil Restaurant

The food was delicious and wonderfully affordable. Portions were impressively generous, and each dish was thoroughly enjoyable. I especially loved that they offer both Thai and Lao style food. This time I craved the Kow Plek which is a popular Laotian soup with hand-made noodles in chicken broth. Choice of chicken, beef, pork, or vegetables, which was absolutely packed with flavor and it did not disappoint.A fantastic spot worth visiting if you appreciate authentic, well-made dishes.

Called and ordered takeout from here tonight, our first time ordering from here and our last. When I called they said 30 mins to pick up, I got there in 35, and waited another 25 mins. An hour total for takeout, that’s long. On top of it, we get home to eat and the food is overcooked, and tastes only of soy sauce. What a shame to call it Thai food.

We had a friend recommend this place to us because of its Duck Noodle soup and it dis not disappoint. My husband and I each ordered a drink (him a beer and me a Mai Tai, the Mai Tai was the best Mai Tai I have ever had). We both shared an order of fried pork dumplings that were out of this world. I believe that they make them from scratch in house. We also shared an appetizer sampler that came with a variety of house made sauces to dip our sampler in. The duck noodle soup was spectacular. We will be coming back again!

We love Green Basil they have the best Thai Cuisine around every time I say, "Let's go out to eat." Someone always asks for Green Basil. Their flavors are always on point. You can taste their use of quality ingredients. My personal favorites are the Drunken Noodles, the Lion City Noodles, and their Papaya salad.

The Thai noodle soup is really good, sticky chicken good, crab ragoons, and pancakes where also really good interestingly the water is good too they definitely use a filter witch is bare minimum in my opinion a lot of places give you unfiltered sink water. The restaurant itself is really nicely designed they did well with the lightning layering the lights colors very nice definitely coming back. Only thing is they didn’t have any soju would’ve made it so much better I would give it 4 stars for this reason but the soup was so good it out shines this fact
