Green Gables Restaurant

My husband and I had booked a room at Huddleson Court for January 2025. The weekend of our stay, we got a call that the pipes had froze in our room, as well as all of the rooms. We were asked if we wanted a refund or to stay another time in the room. I said I would take the refund and we would just rebook at a later time potentionally. I never got the refund. I decided to call in October of 2026 and ask to stay since I never got my refund so we figured we would ask to book a room since I didn't get my refund. We scheduled for the end of November 2026 in the Orchard room as I wanted the air jet tub. When we arrived, the girl on staff had no idea how to check us in. We had our wedding at Green Gables May 27, 2023 and couldn't have been happier with our experience! Teresa was incredible from the time we reached out about scheduling a tour up until the end of our reception! Not one single detail was missed and our day was absolutely perfect!!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the food is delicious (& there are so many options to choose from), & the service was second to none! We have returned twice since the wedding for dinner and Teresa always remembers us and greets us like we are part of the family! I HIGHLY recommend Green Gables and assure you that Teresa works so hard to make everything special and as low stress as possible!!!

We held my daughter's wedding at Green Gables this past weekend. Perfection! Teresa was wonderful from the moment the venue was selected through to the following day when we picked up our items. It is a gorgeous location to hold a reception. The outdoor patio was perfect for the cocktail hour. The Tuscany Room offered the perfect romantic setting for the dinner and dancing. Planned a proposal around this restaurant and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The place is so unique, the food is top tier and very delicious, and everyone was very kind. They even made our table extra special with candles to have with our meal! 10/10 for everything. Thanks Green Gables it was the perfect day!

We had our wedding at Green Gables as a last minute venue and it was better than what my first choice would have been. They were extremely accommodating with my decorations and helped incorporate them into my wedding. They created amazing floral centerpieces using the vessels I provided. Green Gables staff ensured the day ran smoothly by decorating, conducting the rehearsal, and day of. They quickly responded to all my questions. We were able to stay, have our wedding guests stay, have our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all on site. All the guests were asking how I found this hidden gem! It is such a beautiful venue with excellent staff.
