Green T Coffee Shop - Rozzie

I love posting up here before my afternoon classes in JP or when picking up from the dispo across the street. This place is a whole vibe! My camera app has a bug, so I will describe the interior: cream-colored brick walls contrast beautiful, dark wood-framed windows that bring in a ton of light from the intersection. Espresso-colored ceiling beams lead your eye to the chalkboard menu, which includes selections for café, beer, wine, cocktails, smoothies, ice cream, breakie and lunch. I like to sit in front of the gas fireplace with it's gorgeous, black mica mantle. Love the playlist they have on rotation too, lots of indie alt rock. If you appreciate a rustic, intimate atmosphere, come grab a cup here!

Got a great ‘Alaskan Smoked Salmon Bagel’ with a coconut flavored latte and the ‘West Rox-berry’ smoothie with added peanut butter and it was all delicious and adorable interior. I liked the pun on the T station since it’s on the green line, but I didn’t get the joke until I got to the shop and saw the sign that looked like the T station. Awesome. Definitely recommend.

The breakfast items are delicious. I just recently tried the pesto chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich. This morning, a young female working there. She was really nice. She had a really beautiful smile. Just a very positive vibrant aura about her. It made my day because in this day and age people are not nice. People are just so rude these days so it’s a breath of fresh air to see someone like her. I don’t remember your name, but I was the Indian guy that just dropped off the chocolates the two boxes of chocolates. You had recommended that I order the Chicken salad sandwich. And you were absolutely correct. It was amazing. And you keep doing what you’re doing because you bring out a lot of positivity! Very refreshing to see!!!! 5 STARS!!!! Truly adorable little place. The seating is sparse, but the place feels cozy, and people walking by say hi and chat with those inside. The menu is so creative and I love that they use local ingredients, such as microgreens, in their smoothies and sandwiches and such. Also, they have a tea brand I had never heard of (love it when that happens). It’s called Mark T Wendell! I’ll have to come try more flavors. I definitely would sweeten the ice teas. I’m glad they came unsweetened but the lemon ginger and the pomegranate one are both quite tart and I would have added sugar, thought I normally don’t add sugar to my teas. Fully accessible. There is parking all along the road out front and the T isn’t far.

I was in on Sunday 11/2 around 2:30. The woman in brown behind the counter made the singular most delicious chai latte I've ever had! The foam consistency was PERFECT, and the chai tea itself was excellently sourced. I'm so happy with this cute little neighborhood coffee shop!
