Greens Salad Co. - A Verde Restaurant

So good!!! I have to admit the parking is very difficult to find and when we walked in this place I had very low expectations because of how empty it was. The decor was non existent and it was modern but too minimalistic where it felt cold because it needs some plants or something to make it pop… but luckily the service and food was amazing! My wife and I got salads to go and even though there were a couple people in front of us the service was quick. The employees even apologized for the wait even though there wasn’t much of a wait. They were very friendly and helped us with our order. The food was so good! I had a great experience at Greens Co! There was no wait time! The service was great! And I love that they put everything into a bowl and use a special type of chopper to chop it all up, including the pita chips all into the wrap! Their drink selection is amazing! I was surprised because I’ve never had a black drink before, but the charcoal lemonade was great as was the Peach pitaya lemonade! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a healthy place to eat!

Green’s Salad Co. has instantly become one of my favorite spots in Cleveland. I stopped in for dinner on Friday with a friend, and the experience was so good that I ordered again today through DoorDash — and it was just as amazing. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the selection is wide, and the seasonal options keep things exciting. Everything tastes vibrant and high-quality. Their dressing variety is fantastic too, which makes customizing your salad so easy and fun. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the gentleman I spoke with over the phone — I believe his name is Robert. Absolutely obsessed with this place! Every ingredient tastes so fresh, and the portions are generous. I built my own salad and everything from the greens to the toppings to the dressing was perfect. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and the whole restaurant is clean and inviting. This is easily the best salad spot I’ve been to — I’ll definitely be back!
