Gregorys Coffee in Paramus is absolutely top-tier. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a clean, modern vibe and a staff that actually enjoys what they do. My drink was made perfectly—smooth, flavorful, and way better than the usual chain spots. The pastries were fresh, and the service was quick even during the rush. It’s the kind of place you can stop in for a quick pickup or sit down and unwind for a bit. Professional, consistent, and genuinely friendly. Easily my new go-to coffee spot in Paramus. First time at this location and I loved it. The space is clean, modern, and has a great vibe. I tried the Hall and Oats cold brew with vanilla, cinnamon, and almond milk, super smooth and flavorful. The staff was awesome. I told them it was my first time, and they helped me pick a drink based on what I like. You can tell they actually care and know their stuff. They also have a bunch of merch, beans, and gear if you’re into making coffee at home. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

I stumbled upon this coffee shop while passing by. I had only known this brand to exist in New York, so I was surprised to find one here. A few months ago, I visited for the first time and ever since then, my husband and I have been hooked. Even though it's not close to our house, we now go every weekend. My favorite is the salted caramel cold brew and my husband loves the fall oat drink. I highly recommend trying them. I even recommended it to my coworkers and now they’re all hooked on the coffee too, haha.

I think I discovered a new superpower at Gregorys Coffee: invisibility. I was the first (and only) customer in line, yet the staff managed to ignore me for a solid 10 minutes. Not a greeting, not a “be right with you”—nothing at all. It felt like I’d stepped into an alternate dimension where customers simply don’t exist. By minute ten, I genuinely started wondering if I’d died and become a ghost. In that time, I watched other would-be customers wander in, look around in confusion, and then flee as if they’d just walked into a zombie apocalypse. These folks clearly valued their time (and sanity) more than I did and escaped while they could. The drive through experience is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful when deciding what to get, though I always love picking up an iced latte and a pb banana power bite. My mom likes the crunchy power bite. The inside of the coffee shop would be great to do work in too. I want to come back and try the matcha!
