Grill Fresh is hands down my go-to spot after the gym! Their bowls are super healthy, fresh, and packed with flavor — exactly what I need to refuel without feeling weighed down. The ingredients are always fresh and high quality, with plenty of options for proteins, grains, and veggies, so I can switch it up every time. Everything tastes clean, well-seasoned, and filling in the best way. The vibe of the restaurant is modern and casual, with a clean space and friendly, efficient staff who keep things moving quickly, even during the lunch rush. Service is always great, and the portions are generous enough to leave me satisfied while still keeping it light and nutritious. The bowls here are absolutely amazing! They are filled to the brim of delicious, fresh food! Dylan is absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and helpful! It was our first time visiting and he was very patient as we looked through everything. He absolutely made our visit as he made sure we had exactly what we wanted! We cannot wait to come back!

Grill Fresh is a great concept, and it’s the type of “fast food” we need more of, a healthier and cleaner version. Basically, it’s a make your own bowl place. You can choose from rices, potatoes, or even quinoa for your base. Then there’s protein or tofu for those who are meatless, and last are other veggies to add in and sauce to top it off, of course. Honestly I really wanted to like my bowl more than I did. I tried the spicy brown rice and it was so spicy it almost was hard to enjoy because it wasn’t the good kind of spice. And overall it just fell flat for me. These guys are trying to be like a Fresh Kitchen and I love that but it just wasn’t as quality as I had hoped. But still, if you need a quick option that’s not like McDonalds or something this is still much better to get. And

Awesome food, great place, clean, wheelchair accessible, and the whole menu is gluten free. I'll definitely be returning! Seating is mainly indoors, but there are outdoor tables as well, still under the roof. Plenty of parking at/nearby, and it's easy to access off the roads. The decor style is something between rustic and minimalist - wood but uncrowded and not dark - very welcoming. The menus are in large lettering near the counter. Restrooms are rooms rather than stalls, which is very nice. Workers are very friendly, patient, and hard working. Prices are very good for the quality of food (which is really good, btw). Food tastes amazing! Plenty of options.

Grill Fresh ; the name says it all and that’s what we wanted! This is the best “fast food” we have had here in Florida and it is nothing like the that name suggests. Yes it is fast service and Yes it is very fresh; this is what “fast food” is all about, no frying or greasy tasteless stuff. This is fresh, full of flavor(s) and very foodgasmic. We have multiple foodgasms and can’t wait to come back and try som other dishes. I had the Hawaiian chicken and the hubby had Cuban roasted pork as our Proteins, holy taste buds!!!
