Grilled Cheezus Oviedo

Been coming out to the Food Factory on and off since the place opened. It was very shoddy at first, but it has since grown into a real sight to behold. The main hub/bar area is absolutely beautiful, has insanely comfy chairs, and has enough TVs hung up to really keep you there all day and night long. Ambiance of Grilled Cheezus itself, I might never know, because you can order food right from the Toast app in the comfort of the bar, and the servers bring the food right to you! It's literally the epitome of convenience, and it made me so happy. The food itself was very fun and very scrumptious. I had the Brie-yonce (Brioche, Brie, White Cheddar, Ham, White Truffle Honey). Every element was necessary and delicious. All of it crammed into that brioche that was pressed to perfection in a waf

By far some of the best grilled cheeses out there!! The tomato soup that comes with each grilled cheese is to die for! We really like the variety and flavors they have for each sandwich. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Definitely a favorite spot!

This place was excellent. Something completely different than the norm. The food was great, service was awesome. We will be back for sure! Going to do a brunch run next!

Everyone should try this. The food looks and tastes delicious, and the people working there are super nice. I’ve never left a review before but I truly felt this place deserves more recognition. I had one of their breakfast grilled cheeses with ribeye and it was fantastic, but the true hero of this meal was the tomato bisque soup that comes with it for dipping or eating by itself. Best I’ve ever had.

Walking in, I liked the setup. Clean and visible, with a self-help order kiosk. After ordering, I was told the order may run 10 minutes late, as the cook was away for a pickup. 45 minutes later, I went to see why I had not received a text message. The cook had returned and made my sandwiches, but forgot to send an sms. They had been on the grill for (at least) 15 minutes. What MAY have been a wonderful take on the grilled cheese was overly dry and somewhat decent. Might be great, but they have to execute better.
