Grounded Table | Farm-to-Table Dining

While off to a rocky start, Grounded Table was a great dinner to wrap up our weekend in Willamette Valley. While our table wasn’t ready when we entered at our reservation time, the staff quickly got us drinks that were then ready for us when our table was available shortly thereafter. The staff was super sweet and very helpful with the menu and dietary restrictions. For food, highly recommend the homemade cavatelli. The sage, butter, and crushed hazelnuts were the perfect combination you didn’t know you needed. Decadent without going overboard. The half chicken seemed a little small, but was moist, had a great flavor, and was delicious. The whole trout was a beautiful combination of flavors and textures. I went here for my birthday and it was the perfect evening! Our waitress was so fun and knowledgeable and made me feel so special! Our food was all fantastic and tasted like real farm fresh food. Beautiful presentation. Felt so satisfied and good after eating the food here. Thank you!

So good, had to come back twice! The service is impeccable- staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Sunday chicken dinner is amazing, as is the Saturday brunch. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the salty and sweet balance was perfect. The squash hazelnut dish is incredible. This is cooking and hospitality at its best!

We stopped in over the weekend at the recommendation of a friend. We were a bit early before the dinner rush but we were surprised to see the entire place empty. Beautiful restaurant, we really expected a bit of a crowd. We were seated and greeted, waters were provided with menus. We started our meal experience by telling our waiter that we planned to do a progressive dinner down 3rd Street. We were met with a rather disappointed / disheartened response. Their menu was absolutely stunning. Lots of great options. As this was our first stop of the evening, we went for an appetizer. The Albacore Confit absolutely out of this world. Ridiculously good. Huge portion, plated beautifully. Wonderful for the three of us to share. We all raved at how lovely the dish was. Drinks were absolutely fab

Steak was tough and chewy, for the price I think it could be better. They should warm the bread before serving. The music was not enjoyable. I recommend relaxing music to allow enjoyment of the meal. The chicken was excellent as was the service. Probably will not be back.
