Underwhelming. Maybe it was not fresh. Might have to catch them right after smoking.
Very good BBQ, everything had lots of flavor and was smoked very well. I'd recommend if anyone is looking to try some quality BBQ on the go.
Best Brisket and Ribs I've had hands down and great customer service, this is the type of local place you love to support.
It goes by another name "Relish" inside the hotel. It is just an empty bar. I immediately turned away and ate elsewhere.
Best ribs and chicken I ever had and the head chef is a really nice guy
