GT Rice Bowl

We’ve been buying from rice bowl for more than 10 years, it’s been a favorite spot for our family! Their food WAS the best. November of 2025 we bought food and it was so good, we really enjoyed the flavors! It was really good! However, December of 2025, we bought food there and the rice was hard, the food had no taste. We decided to give it another try in January, same thing! February we tried again and you guess it, we were disappointed yet again!! Lomein, is the worst, no flavor no taste! Lamb pudding used to be really good not anymore! Fried rice has no taste as well! If you’re gonna sell food, please make sure you try the food for yourself… people are spending their hard earned money only to be disappointed!

Ordered from this restaurant on uber eats! Some items were missing. I ordered curry chicken. The curry was literally swimming in oil. Unhealthy. Do better

I ordered two chicken fried rice to go. The food was stale, the rice was overly sticky, and it was clearly not fried rice. This was not a minor issue of taste but a basic failure in food quality and preparation. Ordering takeout does not give a restaurant the right to serve garbage-quality food that is unfit for consumption. Customers should not be treated as if they can be given leftovers or poorly handled food simply because the order is to go. Because of this experience, and due to repeated rude behavior from the front staff in the past, I will not be contacting the restaurant directly. I just went there to get something for lunch, decided to try the lamb fried rice it was delicious restaurant was clean, Overall, staff need proper training. Sorry situation you don’t handle in front of customers or use indecent language. I think the owner needs to look into that more and higher proper delivery men for delivery . It was my first time there, but I think I will go again, but the service needs to upgrade. Kavita was pretty nice. I like the way she speak.

I wouldn't go back because of the rude young girls with dirty mouth that works there. They were tipped over 15% for bad service. And they still complained out loud? How much are you tipped in your country? Food was ok but I would only do takeout if I was you.
