Customer Reviews
Absolutely amazing food, especially Ramen. Plus it has a casual pub feel, so it was super chill. Great laid back service. Just a perfect overall experience if you're not expecting a "white tablecloth".
Me & the wifey wanted to randomly select a ramen spot we had both not checked out to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. A pretty good choice for the tastes were on point and quite delicious for our Ramen cravings. Wifey got their Signature Tonkatsu Ramen with wood ear mushroom, corn and a side of garlic butter for the both of us to share. I got the same thing without the fungus among us and corn. However I got it spicy and boy let me tell you it was quite spicy, Got me perspiring and gasping. Don't get me wrong it was well worth it for the flavor taste buds kicked in overdrive and lead me into pure Ramen 🍜 joy. I had to eat the Ramen at a slow pace which gave me time to enjoy every slurp and chew. If you love spicy like I do, go ahead and get it spicy. If this level of spicy was hot,
Broth and meat are fantastic and overall quality is excellent! Staff super friendly too. Calamari solid appetizer!
These were really great crab wontons or rangoons whatever! Nice flavorful crispiness. I would have really preferred to dip into the same sweet and sour sauce that was drizzled on top instead of the water spicy mayo so will request that change if there is a future visit. I have a sore throat so didn’t want any spice in my ramen. Overall good but think the sauce was on the more bland side compared to say Jinya. Probably more flavor as spice levels increase. The soft boiled egg was done perfectly. Overall enjoyed my meal
Best ramen in Long Beach! Noodles were cooked perfectly, broth was super flavorful, and the meat is tender. Nice quiet atmosphere with good throwback music. Service was excellent. Parking is terrible but I always walk here so I won’t take off a star, definitely recommend taking an Uber though. Restaurant is next to a very noisy bar which is intimidating on the outside but once you walk in it’s very pleasant and you can’t hear anything going on next door. Good beer and wine selection, excellent tapas, and amazingly priced. Ramen is also very customizable.
